I have been a real estate agent for more than 7 years and have thoroughly enjoyed helping people buy, sell, and build homes. Having an MBA has helped me streamline the real estate process to make it simple and clear for all our clients. Early on I developed a passion to provide a very high level of service at an affordable commission rate. For sellers we list homes for between 1% to 1.5% and with buyer’s we are often able to use the commission the seller gives us to cover some of the closing costs for our clients. Helping our clients save money makes me very happy and I believe it’s because of that, that we have been able to achieve being in the top 1% of real estate agents in Utah (in terms of dollar amount sold). The majority of our business is by referral from previous clients, and friends, and family. Our slogan is “Clients Before Commissions” as that is what we strive to do. My other passions include owning and renovating several rental real estate properties located throughout Utah that provide short-term rental experiences (Airbnb) for people all over the world. This provides us the opportunity to travel and enjoy our beautiful state. I also thoroughly enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, as well as watching and playing sports.
